About EchoLink

EchoLink connects amateur radio repeaters and simplex stations over the internet. You can connect using RF through a local EchoLink node or directly via computer software.

Via RF (Radio)

  1. 1. Find a local EchoLink-enabled repeater
  2. 2. Access the repeater normally
  3. 3. Send DTMF tones to connect to nodes
  4. 4. Use # to disconnect, * for commands

Via Computer

  1. 1. Download EchoLink software
  2. 2. Validate your license with EchoLink
  3. 3. Connect to nodes directly via internet
  4. 4. Use headset/microphone for audio
